For our Oligonucleotide Production Center in Cincinnati/Ohio we are looking for an

Responsibilities: Develops and implements methods for the analysis of oligonucleotides. Solves complex, non-routine analytical and product problems independently. Writes analytical laboratory SOP’s, protocols and compliance documents. Participates in cGMP training and implementation of cGMP operating procedures. Maintains and manages complete, accurate records. Interfaces with clients and outsourcing partners.

Qualifications: Ph.D. or MS in analytical chemistry or biochemistry with 3+ years experience in the analysis of oligonucleotides. BSc. with 5+ yrs direct oligonucleotide experience will be considered. Demonstrated expertise in anion exchange chromatography, ion-pair chromatography and size exclusion chromatography. Knowledge of cGMP concepts as applied to API’s. Very strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in the validation of analytical methods is a plus.
