Girindus AG: Girindus AG – Girindus informs the Governor of the State of Ohio, Bob Taft, about the latest developments

Bensberg, October 19, 2005 – The CEO of Girindus AG, Robert F. Link, met with the Governor on October 16 in the city of Cologne.

Governor Bob Taft and his delegation, which included the Consul General of the US in Germany, George Knowles, as well as representatives of major companies from Ohio, used the event to gain information about current trends in the Life Sciences industry. The presentation held by Robert F. Link and Dr. Francine Delplanque, Director of Research and Development of Solvay Organics, provided an overview of the latest developments in the industry and the future of the Company.

The Governor was particularly pleased about Girindus’ plans to expand the Cincinnati site. This implies not only investment in new buildings and equipment, but also growth in personnel over the next few years.
